Assist Special Projects in executing any projects tasked to Special Projects and ensuring timely completion of the tasks assigned;
- Assist Special Projects in conducting the market research based on certain specific inquiries and prepare written reports on the same;
- Support Special Projects in the preparation and presentation of Reports, Proposals, Board Papers, and related activities with regards to the potential projects;
- Responsible with communicating with internal and external parties to ensure that all projects are being executed in a timely manner;
- Manage collaboration contract and review them for any discrepancies that need to be rectified;
- Act as the point of contact and project liaison in managing the relationship with the collaboration partners and associates as to ensure seamless communication and information exchange, and maintain ongoing collaboration;
- Supervising the team members in handling the operating procedure of the execution of projects relevant to the collaboration;
- Managing any ad-hoc assignments tasked to the Special Projects Department;
- Overseeing the general health of the collaboration projects including periodic check on the execution and repayment from the involving parties;
- Responsible for providing operational support for various teams within the company whenever necessary;
- Monitoring the performance of the team against the key performance indicators set; and
- Develop and drive a sound, open and pro-active culture, working closely and collectively with functional units to support management in ensuring all key items are reported and properly managed.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Law, Banking or equivalent qualification;
- Holder of professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Credit and Investment Management field such as ACCA, CIMA or CFA is preferred;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in the field of accounting and finance;
- Knowledge in financial products offered by non-bank financial services such as Factoring, Insurance, Leasing, Trade Credit business or in other sub-sector of finance field such as investment or asset management will be an added advantage;
- Minimum 3 years work experience in the areas of Finance, Accounting, Audit, Banking, Economics Industry;
- Strong leadership skills and able to motivate the team;
- Good report writing skills including preparing presentation on portfolio requirements to the management committee;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu;
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to communicate with other department colleagues including clients to troubleshoot matters;

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
