**REQUIREMENTS**

**KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**
- Accounting and reporting
- Account payable knowledge.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to perform lookups, pivot tables and formulas.
- Expertise in documentation processes and activities
- Good communication skills (ability to communicate/collaborate with team members)
- Ability to be patient and actively listens to others and understands others' views.

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- Prepare manual payment for the organization (e.g.; Update Manual Master Listing, prepare Payment Voucher/ Payment Instruction (PI), Prepare payment entries and scan the payment voucher of the organization). All of these are the daily task.
- Update the intercompany reconcile by 5th every month to request data.
- Assist in month end closing. Prepare journal entries (i.e., Accrual, Prepayment, etc.). Prepare monthly Balance Sheet and P&L schedule.
- Scan and update Quarterly Invoice (Bloomberg/Refinitiv/FTSE) & Memo Marketing Quarterly
- Extract the Trial Balance for Trustees Business including Singapore
- Update expenses analysis for Trustees Business including Singapore.
- Involve in UAT for Oracle AP.
- Assist in ad-hoc assignment/tasks as and when assigned by superior

**Salary**: RM2,600.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
