Administration Accounts Assistant

**Experience & Skills**

1. Minimum 1- 2 years in Building Management Office as Admin cum Accounts Assistant or any other industry worked as Admin cum Accounts Assistant

2. Able to handle office management & administration

3. Encouraged if familiar with CSS System, Advelsoft or other accounting Strata Properties

4. Must have knowledge and familiar with Billing, Invoices, Payment Processing, Bank Reconciliation, Purchase Requisition, Purchase order.

6. Able handle customers on all enquiries related to moving in, renovation and other related issues

7. Good communication skills and good customer service

8. Willing to do Overtime as and when required

9. Must be familiar with computer skills (Microsoft, Excel & Power point)

Education

1. Fresh Graduates with minimum Diploma or Degree in any field but preferable in Business Administration, Accounts, Real Estate or any other industry are encouraged.

2. Have worked in Building Management Office with any Diploma in any field will be considered.

3. Basic Knowledge in accounting will be added advantage

4. Abe to work with minimum supervision.

**Salary**: RM1,900.00 - RM2,400.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa (preferred)
- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
