**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare daily and monthly reports and analysis on repossession and agencies performance.
- Prepare daily and monthly analysis reports on reinstatement customer payment behaviors
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the department team.
- Propose and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for reporting purposes.
- Analyze business requirements and processes as well as provide suggestions and plans for improvements.
- Ensure processes and procedures are in compliance.
- Assist in implementation and updating department policies and procedures.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Possess minimum 1-2 years related experience with Diploma/ Degree qualification or equivalent qualification in relevant field
- Good interpersonal communication skills & problem solving skills.
- Computer literate with good working knowledge in MS Word, Excel & Power Point
- Able to work independently & meet stipulated deadline.
- Strong analytical skill in credit management and risk assessment & able to work under pressure.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
