Personal Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Plan & arrange extensive travel & accommodation (including overseas **i.e. Europe**) from scratch independently.
- Conduct research on behalf, perform **personal shopping & run errands** independently.
- Assist in monitoring **personal residential / property's renovation work**.
- Assist in planning & organizing **private / family events (personal parties/gatherings)** to ensure everything in place.
- Conduct research, follow up on incoming issues, handle matters expeditiously and follow through on tasks to successful completion.
- Provide high level confidential support to the Director's personal & business matters by providing a full secretarial and administrative service.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Solid PA experience, particularly in **Personal Errands / Household Support.**:
- High common sense & able to make good judgement and recommend more effective ways to run the Director's office and swiftly troubleshoot issues.
- Highly sensitive and attention to details, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Possess a **wide range of personal support experience** other than normal administrative/secretarial experience.
- Excellent command in English & highly proficient in MS-Excel & MS-PowerPoint.
- Possess own transport & willing to **travel within Klang Valley** when handling personal errands.
- **Flexible to stay back or standby for call 24 hours, including weekend **for occasional support needed from the Director.
- Permanent vacancy around PJ area.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
