**About your role**
- Review and clear the fresh car from the previous day. Tag the person in charge in internal discussions if any documents are pending and update the master report with remarks and status.
- Follow up on pending cases listed in the master report.
- Convert leads to transactions from the captain and address urgent cases from the Lark group.
- Monitor the status of sold wholesale units from 'ready to collect' to 'delivered' and update the master report twice daily.
- Monitor the status of sold retail units from 'car in' to 'delivered' and update the master report twice daily.
- Update the master report for cars allocated to retail or deemed unsuitable for retail as communicated by the retail team in the Lark group.
- Update the master report for cars confirmed sold to retail as communicated by the retail team in the Lark group.
- Update any statuses highlighted by other divisions regarding units with problems or changes in the master report.
- Schedule inspection appointments for units that do not have any booking inspection appointments.
- Prepare bidding lists for categories S1 to S4.
- Update the profit and loss (P&L) report for the monthly report daily.
- Update the daily buy-in P&L for categories S1 to S4.
- Update the master report after awarding and notify the captain to proceed with the RTC.
- Filter fresh units suitable for buy-in (bidding) or retail.
- Snipping.
- Prepare the rebid list.
- Send the P&L report to the Lark group.
- Follow up on any special units highlighted by the superior in the Lark group to proceed with bidding or follow any special instructions.

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications: A few years' experience in the Automotive Industry is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with used car market supplies, offers, and discount factors will be advantageous.
- Required Language(s): English and Malay; knowledge of other dialects is an added advantage.
- Discipline: Punctuality, result-driven, and a good working attitude.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced computer skills, and basic knowledge of Google Drive functions.
- Must be able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and possess good discipline along with a professional and pleasant personality, interpersonal skills, and communication abilities.
