MyTree is a Singapore-headquartered company that is committed to reducing food waste and creating a more sustainable future. The company was founded in 2017 with the aim of connecting businesses with surplus food to those in need.
At MyTree, we believe that food waste is a global issue that needs to be addressed urgently. By connecting businesses with surplus food to charitable organizations and food banks, we are able to redistribute food to those who need it most while reducing the amount of waste that ends up in landfills.
We provide a platform that allows businesses to list their surplus stock and connect with local businesses, charities and non-profit organizations for their commercial needs, or to distribute the food to those in need. We also offer a range of consulting and training services to help businesses reduce their food waste and operate more sustainably.

**About the role**
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in stocktaking of incoming and outgoing goods
- Respond promptly to inquiries from internal teams
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices
- Assist Finance team in cross-checking the accuracy of data entries, performing billing taskings as needed via provided tools
**Requirements**:
- Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu is required. Other languages are a bonus.
- Prior experience in data entry, administrative work is a plus but not essential.
- Experience working with computers especially Microsoft Excel
- Able to work through lists and complete all assigned tasks within given deadlines
- Team player who is able to collaborate well with colleagues to ensure tasks are performed
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
