**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To assist on training proposal and internal training preparation
- To assist on the audit requirements and preparation
- Documented all training documents to softcopy (Individual training records, training evaluation form, certificates)
- To assist on the preparation on the Skills Matrix for Operator, QC Inspector, Technician & Engineer
- To assist in preparation of SOCSO claims and Foreign Workers Compensation Scheme.

**AD-HOC**
- Administration and issuance of meal coupon, uniform, clinic matter, and bank matter
- To prepare and issue disciplinary letter; e.g.; absenteeism (weekly)
- Update badge photo (soft copy)
- To check stock and raise PR for stationary order
- Prepare mini calendar (yearly basis)
- Renew annual quality policy/quality objective - distribute to all staffs (mini size)
- Badge preparation (e.g.: Take Photo)
- To provide ad-hoc assistance. (e.g.; MDI Event, Dinner, Training, etc.)
- To assist HR department on day-to-day job responsibility

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 2 years of working experience in HR (foreign workers administration, training & HRDC system literate) would be an added advantage.
- Detail oriented, Good computer skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Well-versed in both speaking and writing in English.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
