**What you’ll be doing**
- Responsible for daily operations of the HR administration functions and duties.
- Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation.
- To assist in all enquiries from the staff in relations to personnel matters.
- To monitor, manage, issue and process letters with regards to transfer, confirmation, promotion and resignation.
- To coordinate staff gatherings, employee recognition, on-boarding, training programs and etc.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment, utilities, office stationery, pantry supply and maintenance of office premises.
- Perform other ad-hoc projects and duties as required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
- Must be approachable and helpful.
- Highly computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Able to work in Selangor - I-City Shah Alam.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
