Sous Chef

Supervise the preparation of food item in the section kitchen and in responsible for food quality.
- Always maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Works closely with other section head, stewarding team, banquet team, and service staff for smooth operations.
- To undertake any reasonable tasks as may assigned by Head Chef.
- Supervise a team of Demi Chef, Commis and Stewards.
Requirement:
- Similar experience in hospitality industry.
- Willing to work in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
**Salary**: From RM4,800.00 per month
