- **Academic Qualifications**
- Degree in related field or equivalance
- **Work Experience**
- At least 3 years working experience in business operations and understanding operation processing. Preferably in sales processing, stock planning, procurement and manufacturing operations.
- **Knowledge**
- General administration work
- Understand and use ERP/MRP system
- Possess good computer knowledge
- Knowledge of manufacturing, logistics and warehouse processes.
- **Skills**
- Communication and negotiation skill
- Good in Bahasa and English (written and oral)
- Work independently with less supervision
- Moderate knowledge of IT softwares (MS Office, Excel, etc) and customer management skills is also required.

**The Job**:

- To manage stock planning, review and process GCG orders and as per schedule. To ensure the information data shall registered into system before delivery as per order, hence will provide accurate and efficient operation in line with company objectives and policies. To manage LN10 & vendor systems (T-procure System, E-perolehan, Ariba)
- To plan, prepare and monitor closely the stock forecast by quarterly and submit to SCM/Product management department. Monitor inventory management to ensure there is always enough stock to meet customer demand.
- To managing generate invoice, credit/debit notes, report on sales regulary and timely to ensure billing operation and documentation are accurate and efficient operations in line with company and customers requirement (internal & external)
- To assist and monitor on payment status, statement of accounts and advice the sales to follow up and take an action
- To actively participate and involve in safety, health & environment program, 5S and etc.
