Key Account Manager

**Summary**:
We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join us as part of our growing business. This role is based in our Penang Office.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage new service implementations with operational teams.
- Develop and maintain SOPs with Sales, Operations, and Finance.
- Build relationships beyond main contacts for Global & MNC accounts.
- Meet assigned targets for accounts and GP levels.
- Ensure branch compliance with SOPs.
- Monthly rate maintenance and yield assessment.
- Monitor and assist with timely payments and collections.
- Generate reports to track performance on key milestones.
- Communicate issues to Operations immediately.
- Log and distribute meeting notes, action items, and feedback in CRM.
- Assign and follow up on corrective actions for issues/complaints.
- Conduct and manage quarterly business reviews.
- Involve Sales and Operations in client meetings and reviews.
- Travel regionally to visit accounts and branches as needed.
- Update business opportunity progress.
- Explore additional business support areas.
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Understand and address accounts' business strategies and risks.
- Implement efficiency and cost reduction measures.
- Provide market updates and educational support.
- Identify and develop strategies for new growth opportunities.
- Create a business development plan with clear objectives and initiative

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
