Channel Development Manager, Cross Sbu

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify new opportunities/businesses and develop sales strategies.
- Develop and implement marketing plans for business growth and manage the actual performance against set targets.
- Plan and coordinate sales events.
- Collaborate with Value Proposition team or relevant product owners to customize offerings.
- Review feedback from sales team on improvement areas (product, bundles, packaging, price, process, sales method) and provide input to relevant parties.
- Develop sales capability of sales force by identifying development needs and provide trainings accordingly.
- Be aware of the changes in competition and marketing environment and provide feedback to the management, for appropriate actions to be taken.
- Work closely with Corporate Banking Relationship Managers, Commercial Banking Relationship Managers and Branch Managers to connect with more clients. Cross sell products (CASA and other products).
**Key Requirements**
- Has a Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
