1. Striving to achieve sales goal and objectives.

2. Delivering high-quality customer services including pitch products and services that suitable to clients, answer questions, discuss and negotiate with clients, close the deal, and follow up after sales to ensure customer satisfaction and build relationship.

4. Providing administrative support such as, maintaining patients record, maintaining sales records, managing stock inventory, preparing sales report, preparing proposal. Includes entering data into sales databases, verifying data accuracy, and generating reports for the sales team and management.

5. Submit order to supplier and follow up order to ensure timely delivery

6. Update return item into system

7. Daily check on cash register, management, safety, accuracy of cash transactions and movement, and implementing corrective action as needed.

8. Handling petty cash movement and prepare petty cash report.

9. Maintaining relationship with customer.

10. Ensure the availability of stock for sales.

11. Participating in any program/events conduct by the company.

13. Request and collect for feedback, testimony or review from customer.

14. Assisting in creating and managing content such as interactive videos and impact poster for marketing campaigns.

15. Assisting in editing video clips for use on social media platform.

16. Assisting in designing marketing material such as poster, banner, etc.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kota Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
