Assistant Human Resource, Admin Manager

**Requirements**:
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager specializing in Human Resource/Administrative/Manager or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Able to Travel to visit branch.
**Responsibilities**:
**Payroll Management**
- Manage the accurate and timely completion of payroll processes.
- Prepare monthly salaries cost reports by cost center for the respective accounts departments and to provide ad hoc payroll reports requested by business units.
- Liaison with external auditors on payroll audit.
- System test and co-ordinate with IT provider on any payroll related HR system changes, upgrade, enhancement or problem logs.
- Administer staff monthly claims and deductions.
**Staffing And Recruitment**
- Conduct Orientation Day for newly join employee
- Update and maintain staff movement data and organizational charts.
**Attendance & Leave Management**
- Compensation And Benefits
- Administer staff benefits to ensure that it is according to the approved HR Policies and Procedures
**Sports And Events**
- Assist HR Manager to plan and organize company trip and special event for the Company.
**Other HR Responsibilities**
- Involve ISO 9001:2015 in audit section for renewal yearly certificate.
- Assist in HR projects as and when assigned.
- Any other tasks assigned from time to time.
- Consolidate and prepare HR Management Report.
- Travel to branches for monitoring HR team.
