**Educational Background**: A Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or a closely related field.

- **Instruction and Engagement**: Deliver comprehensive lectures and hands-on sessions to diploma students, ensuring they gain thorough knowledge of Hotel Management.
- **Student Mentorship**: Guide and supervise student projects, providing mentorship to foster their growth and development in the field.
- **Curriculum Development**: Collaborate with the academic team to create effective learning materials, design detailed work schemes, and keep accurate records of student progress, achievements, and attendance.
- **Student Support**: Provide both academic and pastoral support to address students' academic and personal needs, creating a nurturing learning environment.
- **Assessment Participation**: Play an active role in developing, administering, and assessing exams and other evaluation methods.
- **Curriculum Enhancement**: Contribute your expertise to improve the curriculum, ensuring it meets industry standards and best practices.
- **Operational Assistance**: Help with operational planning, including managing workloads, coordinating timetables, strategizing for student retention, participating in college development initiatives, and handling compliance-related tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
