**Job Summary**:
- We are looking for a qualified Helpdesk Administrator to lead our Helpdesk Team. You will be responsible to manage & improve our Helpdesk Operation as well as the Helpdesk System to provide excellent customer service and resolve all technical issues.**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- To attend and respond to customer queries and to ensure that resolutions or related problems are handled in timely manner and in accordance to performance standards
- Ensure meeting service targets in achieving service, productivity and quality assurance level.
- To meet daily targets.
- Assist in creating ways for delivering excellent customer service or problems customers.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification is Diploma and Degree with a credit in the English language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Good PC and Internet skills.
- 6 days work week, able to work rotating shifts.
- Ability to work well in an team environment.
- Solid technical background combined with customer service experience
- Able to manage & improve helpdesk system
- Ability to establish IT Call Centre if necessary
- Problem-solving attitude with an ability to motivate your team
- Project proposal preparation, handling and presentation skills
- Experience in managing IT Knowledge Base is favourable
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with people at all level
