Corporate Sales Executive

**POSITION PURPOSE (About the Role)**
To be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities in the corporate and institutional sales sectors. To build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, expand customer base and achieve revenue targets.
**POSITION DESCRIPTION (Duties & Responsibilities)**
- Develop and implement strategic B2B sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and target potential and new corporate and institutional customer segments and markets, new business opportunities, partnerships and collaborations, and business development opportunities to expand our client base.
- Identify, select and/or procure a diverse range of corporate and premium gift items consisting of branded and non-branded merchandise that align with client preferences and brand image.
- Actively source and foster collaboration with platform operators for redemption programs, and develop engaging rewards to incentivize clients and foster client loyalty.
- Build, manage, service and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate and institutional clients to understand their requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Understand client requirements and concerns and propose effective solutions. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and study competitor’s promotions and customer preferences to stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer preferences and market demands.
- Build and maintain sales pipeline, track progress and provide regular timely reports on sales performance to Management and all stakeholders.
- Provide stock management, including inventory management and monitoring, and establish the best course of action to maintain a healthy business. Reporting current sales on a weekly and/or monthly basis as instructed versus budgeted sales figures.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by your superior and/or Management.
**Qualifications**:
- At least a Diploma in Marketing, Business Admin or a related field.
- At least 2 years of sales and business development or related experience.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and build relationships.
- Professional fluency in English and Malay, both spoken and written. Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial mindset.
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
