Human Resource Specialist

Location: Menara UOA Bangsar (Next to Bangsar LRT)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for monthly EPF, SOCSO and income tax contributions, ensuring compliance to the statutory requirements and deadlines that are in practice.
- Develop training and development programs.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Accountable for the management of the administrative duties and day-to-day HR operations such as handling leave and time attendance administration.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Assist in company engagement, training, and culture-building activities and measure the effectiveness of cultural activities.
- Involve in consultation business expansion lines.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Possesses Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Business Studies or equivalent.
- Passionate in listening to people, possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to deal with employees of all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and an excellent team player
- Open-mindedness, empathy, and willing to communicate with no pre-judgment.
- Have an eye for detail and a resourceful planner.
- Sound knowledge of employment laws & tax regulations in Malaysia
REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
Basic: RM3000 - RM4000
Working Days: Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturday
Working time: 8.30am - 6pm (Mon to Fri), Alternate Sat (8.30am to 11.30am)
