- Resolving customer complaints and providing accurate information to improve _customer’s satisfaction_

**Requirements**:
- Good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills
- Mandarin communication skills will be an _added advantage._
- **SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are _welcomed_ to start their first career in a call centre - _Full Training Provided._**

**Salary Package**:
Starting from **RM1,900.00 - RM3000.00** per month _(**including additional allowances worth up to RM 700)**_
