**You will play an important role to**
- Handle full spectrum of the Human Resource and Administration functions
- Support full cycle of recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, interview and onboarding process
- Develop reliable sources of hiring channels in order to continue provide manpower support for business operation needs
- Review and evaluate the new joiner work performance in order to monitor the quality of hiring
- Monitor staff confirmation and periodic Performance Appraisal process
- Handle and review employees' training needs with the respective departmental heads
- Responsible for review of training evaluation and following up with departments to create action to improve results
- Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures
- Monitor the implementation of HR Policies & Procedures
- Handle employee grievances and advise management on staff counseling, disciplinary issues and all other employee relation matters
- Provide daily office operation, HR and administrative support
- Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time

**To be successful in this role you will need to have**
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any related discipline
- 1-2 years of proven experience as a HR Generalist
- Sound knowledge of the Employment Act and related statutory bodies’ requirements
- Good in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- People oriented and results driven
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal and human relations skills
- Possess analytical skills with a problem solving attitude
- Meticulous, well organized and able to handle multiple tasks in systematic manner

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- HR Generalist proven: 1 year (preferred)
