The Commercial Executive will be reporting and assisting the Commercial Manager and responsible for various tasks involving data exports and imports, procurement, analysis, and reporting using a variety of internal sources, pricing & procurement databases, and customer ordering platforms. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as at when needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Commercial**: Conduct weekly research & analysis for potential clients and to provide weekly commercial activities reports.
- **Price Negotiation**:Participate in pricing negotiations with suppliers and customers to maximize value for our company.
- **Pricing & Procurement analysis**:Conduct in-depth analysis to develop, adjust, and maintain competitive pricing strategies.
- **Pricing Tools**:Maintain and enhance pricing tools and models to align with our pricing strategies and goals.
- **Quotation Management**:Oversee the quotation process to provide timely and precise quotations to clients.
- **Market Price Research**:Stay informed about market price trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments to adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- **Data Analysis**:Utilise Excel and other data analysis tools to examine pricing data, sales trends, and customer behavior to make informed decisions.
- **Cost Evaluation**:Collaborate with various departments & regions to understand cost structures and determine optimal pricing based on cost inputs.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Collaborate with teams across the organization, including Commercial, Sales, Customer Service, and Finance, to ensure pricing strategies support overall business objectives including budgets & forecast.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- Fluency in Writing and Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Commercial / Procurement / Pricing / Shared Services or financial analysis, with regional experience as a plus.
- Willing to face challenges and work under pressure.
- Excellent team and communication skills.
- An ability to take initiative and work with minimum supervision.
- Positive attitude and work ethic in a multicultural team.
