Job Description:

- Plan, prepare and process purchase orders according to order requirements and to avoid supply interruption.
- Manage, monitor, and maintain stock inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock inventory level.
- Handle administrative duties relating to purchases, including monitor and track orders to make sure item timely delivery, and ensuring records are kept up to date.
- Prepare reports on purchases, monitor sales volume and inventory value monthly.
- Monitor documents for receiving and payment purposes, and reconciliation of creditors’ statement.
- Able to undertake the ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work under pressure with mínimal supervision and good time-management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
- Availability to start work immediately is an additional advantage.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Buyer/Purchaser: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
