Healthcare Customer Service Representative

**We are looking for a passionate and empathetic Mandarin-speaking individual to join our growing healthcare customer service team**
**About the Role**:
In this night shift position, you will be the first point of contact for our Mandarin-speaking patients and healthcare providers. You will provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth patient experience. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing support related to healthcare services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Accurately gather and document patient information while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Provide clear and concise answers to a variety of healthcare-related questions, including appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, and insurance benefits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve patient concerns efficiently and empathetically.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and healthcare industry trends.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (healthcare experience a plus).
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and healthcare providers.
- Active listening skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Proficient in using computers and common customer service software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively during night hours

**任职资格**
- 流利普通话 (口语和书写)。
- 至少 1 年客户服务经验 (医疗保健领域经验优先)。
- 优秀的问题解决能力和批判性思维能力。
- 良好的沟通技巧,包括积极倾听和清晰表达。
- 同理心和耐心,能够理解客户在医疗保健方面可能遇到的压力。
- 能够在压力下冷静工作,并满足截止日期。
- 熟悉计算机操作和数据录入。
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
