**We are looking for an Office Admin Support for our Office in Malaysia.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Make travel arrangements for staff.
- Assist Expats and New employees on queries related to local transactions
- Ensure the office is well-organized and tidy.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.
- Provide support to other departments as requested.

**Qualifications**:

- **At least 2 years of working experience in an administrative role.**:

- _**Must speak Chinese language (Simplified)**_
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

**Salary**: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
