**Responsibilities**

**HR Strategy and Policy Development**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the organization's mission and goals.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.

**Recruitment and Staffing**:

- Develop and implement onboarding processes to facilitate new employee orientation and integration.

**Employee Relations**:

- Address and resolve employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

**Training and Development**:

- Identify training and development needs for employees and design or facilitate training programs.
- Support employee growth and career development.

**Performance Management**:

- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance and productivity.
- Work with managers to establish performance improvement plans when necessary.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Administer and maintain compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and health and retirement plans.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.

**Payroll and Benefits Administration**:

- Oversee payroll processes and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and claims resolution.

**Legal Compliance**:

- Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure the organization's compliance.
- Address legal and compliance issues as they arise.

**HR Data and Reporting**:

- Maintain HR records and databases.
- Generate reports and analysis on HR metrics and trends.

**Talent Management**:

- Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Create succession planning programs to identify and nurture talent within the organization.

**Workforce Planning**:

- Analyze staffing needs and recommend workforce planning strategies to meet organizational objectives.

**HR Technology**:

- Implement and maintain HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR-related technology tools.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in HR management, with a track record of implementing HR best practices.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.

Strategic thinking and business acumen

Pay: RM3,442.90 - RM10,907.80 per month

Schedule:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 4 years (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
