**Job description**
- Planning and implementing the tenancy mix in a retail mall.
- Responsible for handling all lease documentation and tenant management including lease agreements
- Monitor rental payments to ensure timely settlement by tenants and to initiate action to recover any arrears.
- Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.
- Conduct marketing sales calls/site viewings and presentations. Showing properties to prospective tenants and answering relevant questions
- Sourcing for suitable tenants (big or small brands).
- Manage the occupancy of the mall.
- Overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests
- Creating organizational systems to support accurate record keeping, efficient financial transactions and prompt renter complaint resolution
- To ensure all deposits are received and agreements are signed before the vacant lots are leased.
- To ensure that the tenants brought in are approved by the management.
- Ensure all water bills, and electricity bills are fully paid by the tenants as per meter reading.
- Maintain overall cleanliness in the outlets, and to report to the Branch Manager on all broken equipment that require fixing/replacement.
- Oversee the work of the scheduled Pest Control, and all other works provided by external companies not limited to air-conditional, drainage, and water works.
- To perform any other tasks which may be assigned by Management for time to time

**Job Requirement**:
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English,
3. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as senior position in leasing.
4. Required Skill(s): Leasing Negotiation skills, Handling of Tenants, Management and Maintenance Property, handling of tenancy documents such as agreements, maintaining good recording system.
5. Strong at critical thinking especially in decision making.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
