**LOCATION**:

- Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (accessible by LRT Ara Damansara Station )
- FREE shuttle service transport from LRT station to Office based on selected schedule

**JOB SCOPE**:

- Answer a high volume of inquiries and meet designated service level thresholds determined by the Company.
- Provide information on our products and service; demonstrate our commitment to Customer Service.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in regard to customer billing and credit card information.
- Diffuse difficult customer situations.
- Must be able to organize and prioritize workload

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Customer Service and online chat
- Averagely 80% voice, chat 15%, and outbound 5%
- Must be **fluent in English language and Mandarin including Spelling and Grammar.**:

- **Able to speak in Mandarin.**:

- **Basic math skills.**:

- **Minimum SPM.**
- **Salary**: Up to RM 3,950 per month

**OFFICE HOURS**:

- **Rotational shift, 24/7 ( 5 working days, 2 off days)**

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
