Job Purpose

Align and facilitate HR functions for Singapore (HQ) and regional offices. Provide administrative support and ensure all operational duties are met according to company standards.

**Responsibilities**:
HR Operations

Support on recruitment process including job advertising, sieving through resumes etc.
Handle onboarding process and conduct induction to new employees
Carry out offboarding process, including exit interview, exit clearance etc.
Handle all HR documentation for onboarding, offboarding, confirmation, promotion etc.
Assist in monthly payroll administrative and leave administrative
Manage compensation & benefits guidelines according to terms and conditions of employment with government regulation.
Administer HR policies and procedures.
Assist in all matters relating to employee discipline including conduct counseling session, internal investigation and termination process
Update and maintain the filing system in organized manner including employee information database.
Ensure legal compliance with employment laws and company policy.

Learning & Development

Align and facilitate capability development functions for Singapore and all regional offices.
Organize internal programs and external programs based on competency matrix
Identify training grants/subsidies for external programs
Assign staff to attend programs based on competency matrix
Organize broadcast programs on Intranet (iWeb2)
Training Applications Process
Liaise with internal and external training providers on registration.
Liaise with Finance on payment for external training providers.
Award and track learning points.
Maintain and update Online Self Learning Resources (360U Self Learning Resources).

Any other duties as assigned by the superior which is related to the nature of the work scope.

Job Competency (Qualification, Experience & Knowledge)

At least a Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years working experience in HR Generalist role.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance in Asia Pacific would be an added advantage.
