Position: B2B Sales and Digital Marketing Representative - Mandarin Speaker
Location: KL Sentral
Working hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
Working days: Monday - Friday

**Salary**: RM4,600 - RM5,000 (basic) + Sales KPI Bonus

**Responsibilities**:

- Enhance client satisfaction by facilitating appropriate product adoption and ensuring an optimal experience.
- Manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients, with a focus on increasing revenue generation where applicable.
- Provide comprehensive pre and post-sales support across relevant product lines, leveraging expertise and knowledge within the scope of responsibilities.
- Develop proficiency in all advertising solutions offered, staying informed of industry trends and effectively addressing client challenges.
- Demonstrate aptitude in identifying emerging trends and devising solutions to address client needs effectively.
- Offer valuable product insights and feedback derived from personal product usage experiences and relay feedback from advertisers.
- Highlight success stories of advertisers who have achieved business growth through product utilization, serving as a champion for their achievements.
- Utilize a diverse array of communication tools to effectively convey information and drive advertisers' businesses towards success.

**Requirements**:

- Must have 1 year experience in B2B sales and digital marketing
- Able to speak, read and write in Chinese
- Minimum B2 English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,600.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
