JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:
**Responsibilities**:
To support SAVP/AVP Business Partner & Advisory to prepare budgeting / forecasting analysis that provides better insights/analysis to Senior Leadership Team to make business decision. Direct responsibility includes:

- planning and budgetary control
- business process and financial control management
- provision of financial advisory to relevant business units
- development of financial models for business investment appraisal and ad-hoc assignment

Job role:

- Support business units in achieving optimal business results, through sound business decisions based on insightful business analysis, knowledge and strategic thinking.
- Work closely with the business units and immediate supervisor to obtain timely, complete and relevant appraisal and analysis of business performance against targets/KPIs for timely and relevant financial analysis, which should be aligned to business strategies.
- Support development of annual and periodic budgets, forecast and formulation of business plans of the business partners.
- Participate in dissemination of relevant financial information to various business partners by working closely with other teams in Finance Division and other relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely feedback to the business units supported.
- Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes and systems by driving systems improvements and implementation in order to achieve cost efficiencies.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Who you are:

- Professional certification / Master / Bachelor degree in Finance / Economics / Mathematical / Business Administration discipline with at least 1 - 3 years working experience in business analysis/ auditing / accounting / budgeting.
- Articulate with excellent written and oral communications skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Some audit experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Power Point.
