Customer Experience Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Perform ticket creation, updating, assigning, and closing of incident tickets.
- To provide administrative support to the sales team in completing the merchant recruitment until the deployment of terminals.
- To liaise with partners & third-party technical teams for information
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports/updates.
- Provide troubleshooting support for a wide range of technical issues relating to terminals deployed.
- Analysing & monitoring of product performances via monitoring tools provided.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma holder in any field.
- Fluent in spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Self-starter who can work independently.
- Willing to work in graveyard shift (midnight until morning).
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or any front-facing customer service role.
- Having experience using Zen desk, Fresh desk, Live Chats or similar software will be an advantage.
- The contract period will be 6 months. The extension of the contract depends on the needs of the company and job performance.
- Office 365, MS Office skills.

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
