Human Resource Executive

Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, employee welfare, training and development and ensure payroll processing is prepared accurately with specific timelines.
- Develop and formulate HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency including training & development program, the career development program, retention program and administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness within the company.
- Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Implement strategies to improve staff engagement and culture.
- Provide administrative support and participate in various HR initiatives and project implementations.
- To meet all the statutory deduction (SOCSO/EPF/EIS/PCB) and payment every month.
- To liaison with government bodies (EPF/EPF/SOCSO/Income Tax/Labour Office and others) to ensure the legality and compliance matters.
- To issue a memo, circularization to the staff for their awareness and compliance.
- To supervise the correspondence with Government Sector.
- To keep track on manpower manning in a tip top condition at all times.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Knowledge &Skills**:
- Able to work independently and has a minimum qualification of at degree in Human Resource, Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the HR field.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good knowledge of various employment laws, industrial relation and practices.
- To demonstrate an ability to organize, manage, and lead others, related work experience is essential for this position.
- Good leadership skill and good organizational and multitasking abilities.
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
