**Work Hours**:

- 5 days a week
- Permanent night shift from 8pm to 8am (shift timings may vary)

**Education Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma/SPM holders
- No experience needed

**Joining Date**: 24th June, 2024

**Job Summary**:

- Handle calls and provide accurate answers to customer queries.
- Deliver excellent customer support and services, ensuring patient assistance at all times.
- Respond to customer inquiries using the knowledge acquired through training (client product information, continuous improvement, and refresher courses).
- Effectively communicate to deliver customer support and services.
- Meet and exceed all key performance indicators set by the company and the client.

Pay: RM4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
