Admin Coordinator

Implement, monitor, review and maintain ISO management system (all ISO related data and documentation) and ensure company meets the requirements of ISO standard.
- Perform internal audit to check for the compliance with the ISO standard.
- Ensure all departments comply to ISO standard and ensure that all the records are kept and updates accordingly.
- Able to handle external and internal inspection at office/factory.
- To prepare and ensure that ALL minutes of meetings are distributed to the respective department and personnel and filed accordingly.
- To assist procurement in logistics Eg: Gdex, Fedex, Lalamove.
- Prepare NDA for supplier/client.
- Prepare vendor or client listing.
- CIDB / MBSJ / MITB (Wood) or any government (related) registration.
- Update on-going or completed project.
- Update company portfolio.
- To assist any ad-hod job requested by Manager.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
