- Expediting orders through internal liaison
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues by coordinating with relevant department.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with customers
- Follow-up and ensure customer satisfaction to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents & communicating relevant information
- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material

**Requirement**:

- Experienced with office management software like MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel)
- At least 1 year experienced in sales administration or a similar roles
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
