**Job Descriptions**

General
- To provide overall assistant to the Leasing Manager, in the smooth supervision of the department.
- Process integrity and able to handle confidential information available in the course of work and within the Business Office, Leasing Department and Function Room.
- To maintain active presence and constantly provide courteous and efficient service when trying to comply with each and every tenant’s request promptly and tactfully.
- To uphold professionalism, self-respect, integrity and conduct, at all times.

Administration
- To enter the tenants’ data into the company’s system and maintain confidentiality of the data.
- To follow up all the proposals, renewals and share all relevant feedback with the team and consistently and persistently follow up on quality business leads.
- Attend to the tenancy related matter issuing of letter of offer renewal and approval and handling over the unit.
- Responsible for safekeeping for cash and cheque received from tenants.
- To prioritize all matters related to the payments at all times. These include the timely collection of deposit/part-payments, full payment before tenant moves in for the new tenant, for function and/ or full payment of balance immediately after function.
- To adhere with the quality service standard excellence for all tasks performed.
- Able to execute a prompt service recovery, when dealing with unexpected challenges.

**Job Requirements**
- CAt least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- CMust be fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu, both verbal & written.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
