**Job Summary**

To attend to inbound calls - inquiries, problems, and complaints from customers to resolve issues, providing excellent contact resolution, and performing outbound calls when necessary.

**Responsibilities**:

- An inbound customer service agent plays a significant role in building a brand's reputation.
- Primarily handle inquiries from both sellers and buyers (existing customers )
- CS Agents are expected to provide first contact resolution per standard operating procedures.
- Your responsibilities include responding to phone calls from customers to help meet their needs and inquiries.

**Job Requirement**:

- We welcome fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills to apply.
- SPM holders with customer service experience are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written are mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
