HR Executive

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist in the full spectrum of the HR functions
- Responsible for the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll reports, ensure timely payment on monthly statutory contributions and other payment related, resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
- Develop and deliver core HR Service excellence, in an effective and efficient manner (Payroll, HR reporting & analysis, Employee benefits administration etc.), serve as a key contact for business regarding HR policies, programs, practices and implementation at the line level as well as provide operational support and guidance to managers
- Responsible for all IR matters, labour disputes, grievances, misconduct & disciplinary actions, including issuance of warning letter, termination letter, and etc
- Manage seamless employee life cycle from offer, onboarding of employees, annual HR processes and off-boarding
- Recruit talent at all levels to ensure business needs are met, assist in developing training programs and career progression for employees, conduct regular evaluation of employees, handle and resolve conflicts between departments and employees
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour regulations, ensure we are compliant with all Company, labour, legal and government reporting requirements
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices and regulatory changes in human resources, talent management, and employment law
- Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time by the Management
- According to the company's philosophy, carry out a series of affairs to establish a good corporate culture, such as team building
**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor degree or above in human resources, management or related majors
- Preferable at least 5 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position, working experience in advertising or e-commerce industry is preferred
- Meticulous and high attention to details and maintain confidentiality in all situations
- Good understanding of business functions, strategic thinking, and good organizational skill
- Excellent communications and personnel management skills, confident, pleasant, firm and able to work with various levels including Management
- Flexible, adaptable, resourceful, and able to work under pressure in a fast
- paced environment
- Experience in overall HR operations and HRBP role will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of Employment Act and Industrial Relation Act a **MUST**, familiar with national, regional and enterprise laws, regulations and policies on contract management, salary system, employment mechanism, insurance benefits, etc.
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
