**Responsibilities**:

- To prepare billing to all clients and creative decision in reducing cost and higher revenue.
- To validate all billing for management approval with higher profit margin.
- To revisit all vendors, third parties and suppliers rates regularly to ensure higher profit margin for company.
- Ensure billings are in accordance to the company published while proposing for an increase of rates to client based on services offered.
- To prepare monthly billing report for management.
- To prepare weekly service report to Malaysia Airport Berhad (MAHB) airport fees.
- To check and verify the tax invoices from MAHB airport fees before management approval for payment.
- To follow up regularly on ageing collection of overdue payment.
- Multi tasked and multi skilled to support with any operational requirements.
- To adhere to any ad-hoc assignments given by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Aviation Management.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (speaking and writing).
- Good communication and excellent people skills.
- Willing to work at Subang Airport.

**Salary**: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
