Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Officer

Job Summary:
As a Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing courteous and efficient customer support to our Mandarin-speaking partners. Your primary role will be to establish and maintain excellent rapport with clients in order to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. You will serve as a vital link between our organization and our partners, working collaboratively to assist them in achieving their goals while promoting our services and reinforcing our commitment to their business success.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop a deep understanding of our partner businesses, their products/services, and industry trends to provide accurate information and valuable guidance.
3. Identify and assess partner needs, striving to exceed their expectations by promptly resolving issues and providing appropriate solutions.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with partners, ensuring CRM systems are updated accordingly.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address partner queries, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues for resolution.
6. Liaise with internal departments to coordinate and implement partner-specific solutions, ensuring effective communication at all stages.
7. Actively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services or products to partners, maximizing revenue potential.
8. Regularly generate reports and analyze data to monitor partner satisfaction levels, identify trends, and propose process improvements.
9. Stay updated with industry news, market trends, and competitors' activities, demonstrating expertise to partners and fostering trust in our services.
10. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by actively participating in team meetings, sharing feedback, and suggest innovative ideas to enhance overall performance.
**Requirements**:
1. Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is essential, with excellent command of English as well.
2. Previous experience in customer service or related roles, preferably in a partner/business services or B2B environment.
3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse partner organizations.
4. Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proven ability to handle difficult conversations and maintain composure in challenging situations.
6. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical skills to navigate various software tools.
7. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team, to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
8. Flexibility to work in shifts, as some partners might be located in different time zones.
9. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
