1. Provides high level administrative support & assistance to the Managing Director or other relevant party.
2. Assisting in organizing meetings, planning events, developing a long term schedule & managing Managing Director's phone calls.
3. Performs clerical & administrative tasks including drafting letters, reports & analysis report to Managing Director.
4. Arranges travel & accommodation for Executives.
5. Schedules & attends meeting with Managing Director, taking notes & recording minutes.
6. Receives incoming communication or memos for Managing Director, review contents, determines importance & summarize it.
7. Liaise with external party for Managing Director to gather information and revert feedback on behalf of Managing Director.
