HR Exec Talent Acquisition

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Recruitment Strategy and Planning**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive recruitment plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.

3. **Employer Branding**:

- Work on enhancing the employer brand to attract top talent.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent pools.

4. **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers, HR professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.

5. **Interview Coordination**:

- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers in conducting effective interviews.

6. **Offer Negotiation and Onboarding**:

- Coordinate with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

7. **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
