Customer Relation Executive

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Mayfair Wellness Sdn. Bhd. Full time

**Requirements**
- Minimum Degree Holder in Business or relevant scope.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Services in Calls Centre or via face to face.
- Strong command of the English Language, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin in writing and verbally.
- Excellent/moderate User for Microsoft Word and Excel,
- Advantage if possess knowledge on using RM

**Responsibility**
- Support customer’s journey and work with internal teams for a solution or recommendation.
- Manage In & Out-Bound calls.
- Assist with execution of marketing campaigns.
- Maintain customer file, (follow-up system) telephoning all customers to determine their level of satisfaction with the service they received.
- Prepare letter of reply to customer if needed
- Ensure all employees deliver a top-tier customer experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns.
