Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist with providing solutions to inbound customer inquiries through effective problem solving and decision making
- Assist immediate manager with team motivation and performance monitoring
- Fulfilling the client's necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
