The position will be situated under the **Facility Management Department** of Coway Malaysia, office based in **Menara UOA II, Kuala Lumpur**.

**Job scope:

- **
- Attend to walk-in customers and visitors by registering, welcoming and greeting guests in a polite manner.
- Provide an experience tour to visitors by explaining company profile, Coway product info and facts.
- Manage, monitor and ensure whole store interior area and nearby exterior area are kept clean and tidy.
- Supervise and ensure the store area, facilities, equipment and experience display devices are functioning and well maintained.
- Supervise and ensure the store product displays are up to date and functioning - reporting and arranging with relevant parties for maintenance.
- Monitor, ensure and order adequate stocks and inventory such as brochures, merchandise items and beverage.
- Perform administrative tasks, recurring payment and ad-hoc duties as required by superior or manager.

**Requirement**:

- Required Skill(s) / Knowledge(s): Excel Reporting, PowerPoint Skills, Administrative Skill, Communication Skill.
- **At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required** for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- **Permanent position(s) available.**:

- **Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 10am - 7pm **and **Saturday: 10am to 2pm**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
