**Regional Commercial Operations Lead**
We are seeking a Regional Commercial Operations Lead, who will directly support the commercialization of LingoAce business in SEA. You will be managing the business analytics and commercial operations functions to support the achievement of commercial strategy and execution across the region. This includes overseeing sales analytics reporting, sales process optimization, data acquisition and analysis, incentive compensation development, management and processing, and partner sales teams driving the business.
**Responsibilities**:
**(1) Regional Sales Operations**
- Define clear problem statements from complex situations and drive actionable insights to scale operations of countries and products
- Drive business level strategy, make recommendations using qualitative and quantitative to scale and improve commercial operations of countries and products.
- Lead the execution of cross-border initiatives with business stakeholders in respective countries and functions.
- Collaborates with marketing teams to identify effective lead channels - improving lead generation and leads quality.
**(2) System and Process Governance**
- Document standardized operating procedures (SOPs) expeditiously for all internal processes and systems that governs the commercial operations of the business.
- Builds a rigorous management cadence and pipeline routines to encourage predictability, accountability, and accuracy.
- Work with cross functional country teams to ensure that quality checks and controls are being implemented and managed appropriately.
**(3) Analytics & Monitoring**
- Generates insights through advanced analytics and data mining to improve decision making, sales and marketing efficiency.
- Put together dashboards to monitor performance across the region to monitor business health and flag potential issues before they become problems.
- Enables the salesforce to adopt winning behaviors by providing training and access to sales content and assets.
- Designs incentive programs that reinforce desired behaviors.
**(4) Sales CRM & Tools**
- Work closely with global CRM team to deploy technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness of sales team.
- Lead projects and implementation with different teams and counties to to automate key processes and increase the productivity of sales teams.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field with an emphasis on analytical skills from a recognized university.
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in working related fields and function, i.e. supporting pre
- and post-new product launch, sales operations design and implementation.
- Data enthusiast - default to data for analysis and decision making. Let the numbers do the talking
- Effective communicator and stakeholder manager - proven ability to collaborate and interact with people at all levels of the organization internally and externally.
- Excellent problem solver - proven ability to quickly identify and resolve any issues that arise in carrying out a growth management plan.
- Entrepreneurial, with an enthusiasm for early-stage startups - we’re a lean team and responsibilities may fall out of one’s exact job description; we are looking for folks that are willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
- Fluency in Mandarin/ Chinese is preferred as you’ll be working closely with counter parts in China in this role.
