**Summary of Client**:
Our client is a worldwide leader in the development and manufacturing of factory automation equipment.
- Perform day-to-day processing of accounts payable transactions and prepare payment (vendor invoices and employee travel & expense claims).
- AP month-end closing and reporting in carrying out the responsibilities of the AP department.
- Preparing bank reconciliations, ageing reports and Statement of Accounts.
- Maintaining accounting ledgers and assisting in monthly closing.
- To assist the Accounts Manager on administrative matters.
- Supporting internal and external audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, support company mission and value, and meet KPI targets.

**Job Requirements**:

- Fresh Graduate or 1 to 2 years of related working experience in finance and accounting roles (mainly Account Payable process).
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment, where the focus is on continuous improvement, change and the challenge to make it better.
- Good communication skills to handle internal communication across departments.
- Willing to have OT during peak season.
- Eager to learn new things with a good attitude.
- Hardworking and with a great sense of responsibility, under stress and meet tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
