_Duties/Responsibilities: _
- To proactively manage and coordinate the diary of the Chairman and Managing Director by prioritizing and arranging internal and external meetings.
- Organize and maintain administration of Chairman office and MD office.
- Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments.
- Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
- Required Skills/Abilities: _
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Integrity and confidentiality.
- Matured, motivated and able to work independently.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

- Education and Experience: _
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent education
- 2 or more years’ office administration experience.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
