Office Admin Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Admin Executive. As an Office Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to various departments. Your exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall efficiency of our company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and managing shipments.
- Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Coordinate and liaise with external vendors and service providers.
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
